Lauren Lane
Lauren received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Avila University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Lauren knows that each person who walks through her door brings their own unique history, beliefs, and experience with them into the room. Lauren understands the environments we interact with and live in can have a direct impact on our lives and mental health. This is why she conducts therapy with an integrative and collaborative approach to allow sessions to be tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
Lauren has experience treating issues related to perinatal mental health, eating disorders, self-esteem, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and more. After her training in PMADs and internship with eating disorders, helping individuals work through these is a passion of Lauren’s.
Lauren sees teens, young adults, and adults. She also sees couples and families. Beyond the client-centered approach, Lauren strives to meet the needs of her clients using a Psychoanalytic approach, CBT and more.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys hanging out with her daughter and husband, drinking good coffee, exploring new places, reading, eating breakfast food, and spending time outside!
