What Clients and Colleagues Say
I highly recommend Adam to anyone who is looking for an understanding and empathetic therapist. Adam is professional and knowledgeable and understands what the patients’ needs are. Working with Adam has been extremely beneficial for me and I am grateful to have him as a therapist. I have always felt at ease talking with Adam and appreciate all his help immensely.
Alix helped me reframe experiences and situations in my life. I am stronger and more resilient now, and feel like I know how to handle challenges that come my way.
Rachael is great at creating a safe and comfortable space. I love how she is able to make you feel like you’re not alone. I’m so glad to have such a fabulous therapist!
I have seen Adam for five years. A death in the family prompted my seeking him out, but I soon realized how helpful his expertise would be in all areas of my life. Over the five years, Adam helped me grow in self-realization and confidence. Adam is logical, caring, resourceful, kind and earnest.
I have learned more about myself in the last 6 months than I have the last 22 years of my life. I no longer avoid any problems that arise. Thanks to Rachael, I now have a belt full of tools to help me face life head-on and keep moving forward!
Reshma is an excellent therapist. She will always have my respect and admiration. Thanks for your great work and dedication, as always, Reshma.
I will be the first to admit that I was skeptical of therapy, let alone group therapy! I have tried going to therapy before and always left feeling just as stuck, confused, and alone as when I started. Then I was lucky enough to meet Rachael and for the first time I felt like someone truly saw me and understood the pain and anxiety that had been holding me back from living life to its fullest potential
I’ve never connected with a therapist like I have with Alix. She makes me feel understood and heard in a way I never have before. I am blessed and grateful to have found her.
I have made so many positive and helpful changes in my life thanks to my work with Alix. She helped me change the way I view myself and the world, which has changed how I interpret and react to situations and my own emotions.
I will forever be grateful for Rachael’s words of wisdom and advice.
Reshma’s passion and compassion shows through her work. Reshma helped me heal.
In group, Rachael goes above and beyond for everyone, searching for resources in books and videos that will help us better grasp the lesson and tools we are learning. She makes group fun and safe and supportive. Rachael takes the time to get to know you as a person not by your diagnosis and she has helped teach me how to live with my anxiety disorder instead of trying to fight against my disorder.
Rachael has not only helped my daughter address and express her feelings towards me, she also helped me understand my daughter’s feelings and worked through it with us to create a long lasting healthy teen parent relationship
